Therapeutic Boxing ™ is an unconventional mindfulness practice that combines depth consciousness and non-combative boxing skills. It aims to bring subconscious and unconscious material to the conscious mind, providing a deeper understanding of oneself. Importantly, Therapeutic Boxing™ is not designed to teach fighting or inflict harm; it is a tool for self-exploration and personal growth.
Both TB™ and KS™ can be briefly defined as an unconventional style of trauma-informed mindfulness that reveals a person's behavioral patterns and helps them increase their quality of life.
